250 Gram - lahsun
1/2 cup - Achar masala
1 Spoon - Salt
3-4 Spoon - vinegar
1 Cup - Mustard oil
Directions
1. Peel, rinse dry clove of garlic.
2. Heat oil in a kadhai
3. Add garlic and fry it at high flame.
4. Drain garlic and switch off the flame.
5. Once clove of garlic cool down.
6. Now add salt, achar masala, vinegar & oil (used for fry)
7. Keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days.
8. The pickle is ready
Note- vinegar use as preservative
