Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 250 Gram - lahsun


  • 1/2 cup - Achar masala


  • 1 Spoon - Salt


  • 3-4 Spoon - vinegar


  • 1 Cup - Mustard oil

Directions

  • 1. Peel, rinse dry clove of garlic.
  • 2. Heat oil in a kadhai
  • 3. Add garlic and fry it at high flame.
  • 4. Drain garlic and switch off the flame.
  • 5. Once clove of garlic cool down.
  • 6. Now add salt, achar masala, vinegar & oil (used for fry)
  • 7. Keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days.
  • 8. The pickle is ready
  • Note- vinegar use as preservative
